The Orion Motor Tech automotive AC tool kit is a professional-grade set that includes a 3-way manifold gauge, 3 color-coded hoses, 2 adjustable 1/4" quick couplers, and a 1/4" to 1/2" adapter, along with both self-sealing and puncture-style can taps. Designed to work with R134a, R12, R22, and R502 refrigerants, this kit allows you to measure system pressure, evacuate and refill coolant, and more. A heavy-duty blow-molded carrying case is included for easy storage and transport between jobs.

Combining the best features of dry and liquid-filled designs, the manifold gauge has an oil-filled core that resists wear and shock, while the dry dial provides better winter performance. A moisture indicator monitors the condition of your coolant, and calibration screws along with superior design deliver ±1.6% accuracy. The durable PVC hoses, with 4 reinforced layers, can handle pressures up to 600 psi (burst pressure: 3000 psi) and feature color-coding for low (blue), high (red), and charging (yellow) lines, as well as built-in barriers to ensure purity.

Powered by a 1/3 hp all-copper motor, the included 4 CFM vacuum pump can quickly evacuate your system down to 37.5 microns (5 Pa) and is capable of degassing batches of resin, epoxy, oil, and other solvents. The reinforced aluminum alloy casing effectively dissipates heat generated during operation and resists chemical corrosion for years of reliable use. The innovative design prevents oil backflow and separates the exhaust from any oil vapor, limiting contamination and providing safer operation. The reinforced power cord ensures superior durability. The pump features both 1/4" and 3/8" ports, allowing fast and easy servicing of automotive and other low-tonnage R12, R22, R134a, R410a, and R502 systems.

The transparent window in the service port allows you to easily monitor the oil level and quality, ensuring timely refills.
