The Orion Motor Tech 4.5cfm 1 Stage HVAC Vacuum Pump is designed for servicing R12, R22, R134a, and R410a systems, and comes bundled with a professional-quality 3-way diagnostic manifold gauge set for checking pressure in AC lines, leak determination, freon top-offs, and complete evacuation & recharges of R134A, R12, R22, and R502 refrigerants.

The vacuum pump is powered by a 1/3 hp all-copper motor, delivering a 4.5 cfm flow rate that can draw your system down to as low as 37.5 microns (5 Pa). This makes it highly effective for quickly degassing batches of resin, epoxy, oil, and other solvents. The necessary lubricating and absorptive oil is included, along with a pair of one-size-fits-most gloves for quick and clean oil refill when needed.

The 7.6 fl. oz. oil reservoir features a sight glass and scale for easy monitoring of the pump's oil level. The light handle ensures the unit is easily portable for transport or storage between jobs. The 1/4" and 3/8" ports allow for fast and efficient servicing of automotive and other low-tonnage R12, R22, R134a, and R410a systems. An adapter is also included to allow use with 1/2" hoses.

The bundled 3-way diagnostic manifold gauge set features Fahrenheit units with large, easy-to-read fonts. The dial heads are covered in thickened rubber for extra grip and protection, ensuring premium, long-lasting performance. The hoses are rated for 600 PSI working pressure and 3000 PSI burst pressure, with a rugged neoprene coating that offers flexibility and wear-resistance, expanding the set's lifetime and dependability.
